The 30-35CPM automatic tinplate pail and bucket production line is a brand new production line designed for Chinese market. The line uses flexible control technology, making the production more stable and smooth.
Features:
1. Rotary flanging. It is available for five and seven layer seaming, as well as almost every tinplate material. Only a slim adjustment required when different flanging effect is needed.
2. lt uses rollers for pre-curling & curling, which requires few for raw material, so unqualified rate is largely reduced.
Production Procedures
Vertical delivery of cans → Rotary flanging → Bottom seaming → U-turning → Expanding → Pre-curling → Curling & Beading → Ear welding → Wire handle installing → Leak testing → Finished product
